Crosby's executive chef and owner, Jeanette Prasifka, was invited back this year to give a cooking demonstration in the Culinary Showcase of the CityArts Celebration, a free arts showcase chock-full of dance, music, and cultural performances, as well as wine tasting, culinary demonstrations, and complimentary admission to world-class mueums.
