Join Crosby at the Summer SolstiCelebration, We are all one under the sun, 12:00 - 10:00 PM Saturday, June 27 at the Bath House Cultural Center! See below for the delicious menu Chef Jeanette has planned!
Attractions at this year's SolstiCelebration include villages of tent booths from artisans, plus a music and live art demonstration, Peace Zone, interactive labyrinth and Living Peace Sun.
Outdoors beneath the trees are seasonal ceremonies, performance space with drums and variety acts, and two Buskers’ Circles. Indoors, in addition to Crosby's lobby cafe, is a theater with music and chanting concerts, a singles’ mixer in the art gallery, the Chill Zone, henna tattoos, Gaia altar and solar art.

Mediterranean Platter (Vegan)
Crosby's yummy homemade hummus, 3 rice-filled dolmades, taboulli with fresh mint and lemon, whole wheat pita, pickles and olive garnish.
Nachos (Vegan)
Crunchy tortilla chips covered with Crosby's famous creamy 'uncheese sauce', chopped fresh tomato, diced onion and jalapenos.
Taco Salad (Vegan)
Baked tortilla shells filled with iceberg lettuce, ground 'beef', pinto bean and corn mixture, tomato, onions, sour 'cream' and jalapenos. Feeling adventurous? Add a scoop of guacamole!
Blue Cheese Wedge (Lacto)
A generous wedge of iceberg lettuce topped with creamy blue cheese dressing, chopped spiced pecans, dried cranberries and blueberries. Very refreshing!
Guacamole Salad & Chips (Vegan)
Fresh avocado, tomato and onion salad served over lettuce and accompanied by chips.
Rhythm Roll (Vegan)
Tofu, cellophane noodles, carrot, and fresh basil in rice paper rolls served with spicy peanut and sweet dipping sauces.
