Crosby's Vegan Tex-Mex Cooking Class

On Saturday, May 8, 2010 twelve students participated in a cooking class taught by Chef Jeanette and co-sponsored by the Black Vegetarian Society of Texas.

Chef Jeanette demonstrated how to combine basic pantry staples with common cooking techniques and Crosby's tried and true recipes to create a Tex Mex inspired vegan meal that even a die-hard carnivore would enjoy!
